How long will it take for my watch to arrive?
Your watch will be shipped within one business day of placing your order. Most customers receive their watches 2-4 business days after their order.
How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally?
We ship anywhere in the world. For free!
For orders shipped outside of the United States, the customs office or other authorities in the destination country may apply import duties, custom fees, or other fees, duties, or taxes to the order. Customers are solely responsible for these charges.
What is your returns policy?
You may return any item for a refund or exchange, for any reason, within 15 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for items returned in new, undamaged, resellable condition, with all original packaging and protective coverings. Return shipping for domestic customers is free. Contact us for a return label. Return shipping for international customers is the responsibility of the customer.
Is there a Warranty?
Martenero watches are guaranteed to be free of defects and work well for at least two years. If you have any problems within two years of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace your watch for free. Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, mods or tampering, etc., will void your warranty.

How do I operate my watch?
If you have an Ace or Founder, please have a look at the Martenero Owner’s Guide. If you have another model, please refer to the guide that was sent to you along with your watch.
How do I clean and maintain my watch?
You don’t need to do much. Every few years, it’s a good idea to bring it for a tune up and lubrication check at your local watch repair shop. Clean with soap and water or a dry cloth as needed. Avoid getting leather straps wet, and make sure you tighten the screw down crown before submerging.
Can I request a specific watch number?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate that request, but feel free to email us if you have something specific in mind.
Can I sell Martenero at my retail store?
